2009 Palm Beach County Luxury Property Sales On Par With 2008 Sales
Based on the information provided by the Florida Regional MLS service - their have been 16 properties sold with a closing price at the $5 million mark and above since January 1st 2009. During the same time frame last year there were 17 sales recorded in the same market area above the $5 million price point.
